Her roles as Global and International Training Directors together with leading UK training teams has enabled her to understand the business challenges at all levels. She is a qualified psychotherapist with an in depth understanding of behaviours and emotional barriers to change, which make her an engaging coach, enabling Leaders to find and achieve their true potential.
