Carolyn has worked within the pharmaceutical & healthcare industry for the last 25 years and has worked across sales, marketing, training, education, NHS policy and market access, supporting major brands at pre-launch and through to product life cycle management.
Carolyn has specialised over the last seven years, working as a consultant within the market access arena, supporting companies through development and implementation of strategies across many disease areas, education and training for field & office staff.
Carolyn’s passion is access to medicines for all patients, firmly believing in the right of access. She has very strong knowledge of the NHS and Payer market, having worked on many assignments within UK and Global affiliates.
Carolyn’s expertise within market access includes: market access strategy & planning, stakeholder mapping, NHS & Payer brand planning, national Payer educational programmes, pre-launch planning and strategy, training & coaching of Sales and HDM teams.
